Ownership roles can change as the business grows. There are a few different models we plan for. Owner/operators for single units. Multi-unit owners who are out of the vehicle but are actively working on growing their business. And semi-absentee operators who have hired general managers and salespeople to run their business. We do not want our owners “on the tools”. We want them to build their business. Maximizing the robust territories, they are in. Seeking candidates with customer service and/or consultative sales experience looking to build a small team and bring a much-needed offering to their community.
The ideal candidate for Sparkle Squad is energetic with strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for business minded individuals that appreciate rapid response, superior customer service and have a passion for community networking and ground game activities.

How Much Can a Franchisee Make? Six figure income/repeat and predictable revenue, big upside with commercial opportunity in addition to residential.
Most common misperception is that because Sparkle Squad (in some areas) is considered a seasonal business, it is challenging to make an annual income. Based on the area, the time down if any would be minimal if you have commercial work. On the commercial side, we have customers that use the window cleaning services year-round. Depending on the mix of customers, this can absolutely be a year-round business. We are also introducing holiday lighting in 2024, providing another revenue stream for franchisees.
Absolutely not! The industry is highly fragmented and there is no giant established. The industry has not evolved much over the past century, but we are bringing technology, efficiency, and safety to it, which clearly differentiates our model. The fact that we cleaning windows, gutter and house/business washing up to 6 stories from the ground is a major differentiator!
