We clean windows. We clean windows simply because we are the best at it. We believe that if you are the best at something that should be the primary focus to leverage success. Our service offering includes Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, House Washing, and Pressure Washing services. We use cutting edge technology to deliver all of our services, and remove the need for ladders and harsh chemicals with our state of the art 3 stage filtration system, water fed and ultra-light carbon fiber poles, and Sparkle Squad Job Pods, which are all the tools a technician needs (for a day of servicing) on four wheels. We service residental and commercial up to 6 stories from the ground. Our tag line is Cleaner.Safer.Better.

Residential clients:
Everyone who has a home has windows and very few enjoy cleaning them.
Previous to the Sparkle Squad system, the price to clean the windows in your home was higher than most were willing to pay for the service. The cost balance for the average homeowner was just off. Now, with a technological advantage, a transparent, flat rate pricing model we are able to service thousands of people who were simply priced out of the market previously. We get through the door with our competitive exterior window cleaning price then we wow clients with our amazing customer service and that’s what keeps our residential customers coming back year after year after year.

Commercial sector:
If you look around your city, you will quickly realize that the world is made of Glass and in the commercial sector this glass is generally cleaned annually or biannually or even more often to keep buildings and storefronts looking their best. At scale, Commercial window cleaning should equal roughly 50% of your revenue. These customers range from Property management companies, hospitals, Municipal Agencies to Colleges and Universities and more.

Our JOB POD technology allows us to accomplish something that no one else in the industry can do: we can wash windows in half of the time of anyone else out in the market. If you picture a standard home, there will be roughly 8 windows on the second story that will need cleaning. With traditional methods a window cleaner will need to set up their ladder, Climb the ladder, Wash the window by hand, climb down the ladder, move it to the next window and climb the ladder again to repeat the process. As you can imagine this process is very labor intensive, time consuming and ultimately unsafe.
Because we can clean windows 2x faster, this allows us to execute on the 2nd component of our service model: We can offer our service at a price point that very few can compete with and a guaranteed service level. This means we get more of the business, but more interesting is the type of new business we acquire. Through our efficiency and flat rate pricing we have been able to tap into a brand-new type of client: the person who had never considered getting windows cleaned before. This person was resigned to live with dirty windows due to the cost vs value of traditional window cleaning being out of their spending budget for home services. Now that they can get their exterior windows cleaned affordably, they are able to take a tedious chore off their list while feeling good about the cost balance of getting the service done. This is a blue ocean customer who no other window cleaning providers area able to service.
We have an in-house marketing team generating content for special pages and ad campaigns to make sure our Franchises are at the top of their market and jump off the page when someone is looking for window cleaning in their area. No cold calling needed, we create the demand for franchisees.
We have automated the big, key aspects of running a window cleaning business. We have a self serve on-line booking engine (OBE) that allows customers to purchase services anytime, anywhere. We also have a trained sales staff in our call center who convert more than 80% of incoming leads into booked jobs on the first call but the support is far from over there. Our agents also route map the franchises schedule to maximize profitability and lower windshield time. We nurture each customer from initial contact to post service invoicing to make sure they feel the “Above and Beyond” service at each step through reminder calls, thank you calls and review requests.

Is this business seasonal, or can I generate year round revenue?

Most common misperception is that because Sparkle Squad (in some areas) is considered a seasonal business, it is challenging to make an annual income. Based on the area, the time down if any would be minimal if you have commercial work. On the commercial side, we have customers that use the window cleaning services year-round. Depending on the mix of customers, this can absolutely be a year-round business. We are also introducing holiday lighting in 2024, providing another revenue stream for franchisees.

Is there too much competition in this space to make a go?

Absolutely not! The industry is highly fragmented and there is no giant established. The industry has not evolved much over the past century, but we are bringing technology, efficiency, and safety to it, which clearly differentiates our model. The fact that we cleaning windows, gutter and house/business washing up to 6 stories from the ground is a major differentiator!
